The purpose of the present general terms of use (known as "GTC") is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions of provision of the site and services and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the "User".

These GCU are accessible on the site under the heading "GCU".



Any registration or use of the site implies acceptance of these GTUs by the user without any reservation or restriction.

Sale of electronic devices

The site is accessible free of charge at any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User's expense.



keroto.com shall not be liable for any event due to force majeure that results in a malfunction of the website or server, subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.

The User has the possibility of contacting the site by electronic mail at the email address of the publisher communicated in ARTICLE 1.
