 HOW DO I SET MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?


As our website and service are based in the United Kingdom, all information you enter must be in English, including punctuation. 



 CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER ?


Please note that your delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your delivery address to your home address instead of your holiday address, as we do not know how long the customs department at the destination will hold the package.



 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP, AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?


The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. Once the order is shipped, we will email you your tracking number and your tracking website.
